State Fair

Was it worth the 2 1/2 hour drive to watch JC pet a cow and sheep...absolutley. Sure we would have prefered a warmer day but you can't attend fair in 90 degree weather- it's just not fall. So we bundled into our coats and walked the SC State Fair. It really was a good time.

Painting with Pudding

You mean I can eat this too. Yummy!

Good use of color

What do you get when you add food coloring to vanilla pudding...edible finger paints and a ton of messy fun. What can I say but I am a creatively cool mom. JC really got into his finger painting and loved that he was allowed to eat it as he went along.

I only left you alone for a minute...

I am not sure exactly what happened here. I left JC coloring and asked Gene to watch him so I could go to the bathroom. I came out to my child painted and ready for Hallowen. Thankfully it was washable marker- Crayola Rocks!

Pumpkin Picking

JC loved the bumpy pumpkins- just shows that kids are very open minded and don't notice imperfections in things.

In the end we did decide on a big orange pumpkin and a small one for JC and Dad to paint together.

American Heart Walk

JC participated in his first charity even this weekend at the Waccamaw Heart Walk. Minnie even joined us though she ran out of energy and had to be carried for about a mile but she even crossed the finish line like a champ. 3 miles later we were all ready for a good nap.

Bananas

JC's new favorite fruit is bananas. He can't get them into his mouth quick enough and he loves to hold them like a big boy.

More Please

JC loved grandpa's homemade pasta sauce so much he had a second helping.

Just like Daddy
